Is Ejika free?
Yes. Messages, translation, calls, groups, channels and stickers are all free. The free version shows one ad in your chat list. Pro is an optional monthly subscription that removes the ad, makes EjikaAI unlimited and adds premium voices to the Translate tab.
Which languages are supported?
English, Thai, Lao, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese. The app itself is available in the same 12 languages.
How does translation work?
You choose your language in Settings. When someone sends a message, Ejika translates it into the language of each person reading it, so in a group everyone reads it in their own language. Tap the translate icon at the top of a chat to show or hide the original text.
Do I need a phone number?
No. You sign in with your Google or Apple account. Friends add you by scanning your QR code or by entering your email address.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 15.5 or later, and Android phones.
Are my calls recorded?
No. Voice and video calls are streamed live and aren't recorded or stored.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete Account. Your profile, messages, friend list and the photos and videos you uploaded are deleted with it.
